June
Summer time <3
Hi Hi! June has been and gone! Wow what a month - the busiest and floweriest yet!
It has been a month of two wonderful sunny weddings, lots of drawings, freelancing, flower pressing, growing, garden centre visits, elderflower making and ending in my favourite place - Glastonbury <3
I have been able to use lots of British flowers already from some lovely local growers - Roses, Peonies, corncockle, calendula, sweet peas, sweet william, nigella, mint and ammi to name a few! I love to use the best of the season and really make the most of what can be grown here in England. That is something that youβll always get when choosing me as your florist <3
As well as flowers- keep your eyes peeled over on Instagram for some arty updates soon! I only take on a select number of weddings/events per year in order to keep an even split between the art and flowers ! Therefore do get in touch as soon as possible for remaining 2024 dates and now 2025 dates too!! :)
Iβve added a piccy round up of the month belowβ¦
Studio and allotment/growing update!
The studio has been filled with so much colour and activity this month! It really has been game changing moving out of the kitchen and working in a dedicated space! Feeling very grateful for it <3 There are still tweaks and things to finish but we are very nearly there :D
Allotment has definitely taken a back seat- but the foundations are in and half the seeds are in! Andddd we have one flower!!! A calendula wooo! The other half are still seedlings back home in the mini greenhouse! We are tackling lots of weeds at the moment so thatβs a thing! (: Definitely just a test year β¦ and next year might include making the marked out beds in to raised beds! Looking forward to heading over this week when I get a chance to check in on progress too!
Thank you so much again for reading and following along, this year is truly flying!

Each month I am picking a colour and that will be highlighted in the footer below. This month I was feeling apple green <3
